TOS

• I will send an invoice for the payment, in which 50% must be received as a deposit before I can start the commission. Some exceptions can be discussed. Payment will be through Bank Transfer invoice, in Euros (€).
• All prices are only approximations and are subject to change depending on complexity of the commission. Adjustments and editing fees are all included in the final price.
• Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. If throughout the process, either you or I come to the decision that we are not the right fit for each other and cancel the commission, only 50% of the full price may be refunded. Please make sure you are sure of your request. 
  
• I am allowed to post the artworks to my social media sites to promote my work, unless stated otherwise. Depending on the work, this may incur additional privacy fees.
  
• Depending on my schedule and waitlist, commissions may take anywhere from a few days to several months. If you need your commission pushed up to the top of the queue, then there is a 20% fee on the total price.
  
• Commission will be provided in a hi-res digital file.
  
• I may decline any commission requests if I feel I can not fulfill your request well enough or due to my schedule.
• I claim the rights over my work, not the buyer.
• The ordered piece is yours, you can use it for any personal use.
• You have NO rights to resell any commission(s) requested from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency.
• You CANNOT claim the work as your own, remove my signature, edit it or redistribute commercially (meaning making money off it in any way).
• Once the commission is started I include one major revision at the sketch stage, but once the coloring process has started, only small changes are accepted.
• Once the commission is finished or already in your possession, if you ask for a refund without having reasons to do so, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply autorities with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
  
  

SUBJECT MATTER

• I enjoy creating works of art centered on various themes. I can easily adapt to each request. My strenghts at the moment are FanArt drawing and creating human and animal portraits.
  
• Requests containing any of the following themes will be denied : : NSFW, R-18, gore, highly sensitive themes (triggering content), offensive themes, …
  
• Requests that contain subjects that I am less confident in will be considered, but not guaranteed. Please feel free to ask me about the subject matter beforehand !

What I Draw

Human Portrait : : Male or female // original detailed illustration, focused on the character/person.

With or without a detailed background.
Pet Portrait : : I draw your pet or your favorite animal, creating a beautiful keepsake to cherish forever.
It can be a personal piece or a gift for someone special.
Creatures : : Monsters, aliens, mythical creatures, …

OC Drawing : : Character designed by me, informed by preferences of client.
